By accessing or using the SimpliPDF platform and its suite of tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use the materials and tools on SimpliPDF's website for personal, non-commercial, and commercial temporary, transitory viewing and document editing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use SimpliPDF to process, edit, or manipulate documents for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The materials on SimpliPDF's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. SimpliPDF makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

5. Limitations

In no event shall SimpliPDF or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on SimpliPDF's website.
